"Norman Bates Unbound"

Films: Humongous (1982)

Alias: None

Type: Natural

Location: Forest/Haunted home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Oh, this is something. Yet another story of a crazy mother and the son that took up her insanity. The only difference is that this son grew into a literal monster out of the ordeal.

History: Somewhere in Lake Michigan, there is Dog Island. This was the home of Ida Parson, an incredibly unhinged woman who kept hounds everywhere to guard her home, and only came to the mainland when it was truly necessary. She had a son, but kept him a secret, fearing that outsiders would corrupt him. After her untimely demise, her son lost it, hunting and killing the dogs down in order to survive all alone on the island. Anyone unfortunate enough to set foot on Dog Island would be tracked down by a man who's spent his entire life honing in on his hunting skills and insanity...

Notable Kills: Smashes a gal against a stone wall, and crushes another's head with his bare hands.

Final Fate: After getting trapped in a burning building, the killer escapes just so he can get impaled onto a signpost. His killer, however, feels no pride in killing him, as he spends his last moments as a whimpering child.

Powers/Abilities: Immensely strong.

Weakness: Anything conventional and a major lack of smarts on his part.

Scariness Factor: 4-This hulking man has less the mind of a human and more a starved predator. In a way, the dogs may have died on the island, but their savage spirits lived on in him. Mommy issues strike again.

Trivia: -Ida’s son was played by Gary Robbins, a professional wrestler also known as "Paul Bunyan" and "The Canadian Giant".

-If you can believe it, this whole film was conceived after director Paul Lynch heard a kid say "humongous".

Do NOT put that image in my head, tagline.
Trust me. The savage canines are the least of your concerns.
Need a hug, kid?
